  3. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.

  4. Our quality control team will assess the situation and respond within 2–3 business days.

If the issue is verified, we will offer a:

  • Replacement, free of charge

  • Refund, if replacement is not available

  • Discount, depending on the severity of the defect

We may request the product to be returned for internal review before issuing compensation.
