Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed during our business hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Standard Delivery: (3-5 business days) – Rate calculated at checkout.
  • Express Delivery: (1-2 business days) – Rate calculated at checkout.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value, which will be specified on the Site.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes within the UK.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • iconhato.net is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • You, the buyer, are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing an order.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do our best to assist. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your order tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@iconhato.net. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
